The Basic Pet Service, 30 minutes includes: Feed your pet(s), supervise them while they eat. Refresh water bowls. Clean-up any potty accidents. Clean out litter box. Security checks, bring in the newspaper and the mail. Playtime or short walk (can be outside if you have a secure yard, depending on the weather). The Sleep-over Service includes: All of the basic service tasks. We arrive at your home by 6.00 PM. We stay in your home overnight with your animals. In the morning we will feed again if required, refresh all water bowls, making sure your animals are safe and comfortable before we leave for the day. Please note, when booking the sleep-over service and your dog does not have free access to a secure fenced outdoor area during the day, you must book an additional lunchtime visit so your dog/s can be taken outside to go potty. We can visit your home as many times a day as you wish, or every other day for cats, all services are customizable to suit your needs. Please call us to discuss your requirements. |

Prior to the start of any services we perform for you, we always set up an appointment with you in your home, to meet with you and your animals. We will introduce ourselves explain and go over our paper work. We have designed forms for you to complete, these will give us important information about each of your animals and your home. We will answer any questions you have for us, you can show us where you keep your pets food, treats, leashes, litter boxes and supplies. We will ask you for two sets of keys, one we carry with us during the service period, the other is kept securely in our office. If we get accidentally locked out of your home someone will be able to deliver the extra key to us. |
